Here are the words from my Aunt Betty in response to living during these difficult times.

If I am living now, it’s because, in God’s eyes, this is the best time for me to be living. So, I’m not gonna go into, “What if” and “if only.” By doing that, I stay out of the torture chambers. But I’m not doing it to stay out of the torture chambers. I’m doing it, because it’s the best way to glorify God by who I am in this moment, to really surrender and trust that this is the best time for me to be living. He didn’t ask me to like it. See, the feeling is not essential. If only you guys could get that truth in your head, it’d change your life. You act on principle, not on feelings. Become the man or woman of principle.
