Your torture chamber is when you go into the future.  If you go into the future or past without God leading, then you are in Satan’s territory.  Tell yourself “stop it.”  Get into the present.  Our need to control has us out in the future.  Satan knows we will be out of order and so he can torture us.  Only God has control of our future.
