When Betty and I were praying for one of my kids, she heard the Lord say, “I have given him many gifts, and all he needs to do is lean into me and trust me.”  The Lord will be there for us.  It honors Him when we trust Him and relax.

As we surrender to Jesus, then all His resources become available to us. Jesus surrendered to God the Father on the cross.  God will give you what He asks of you.  St Augustine said, “Ask what you will and give what you ask.”
