Betty: Trying to control the future doesn’t work out.

AM: X said you said there’s peace when it’s the right decision. 

Betty: Yeah, I said even if the decision is difficult, there’s still a sense of peace. But when you’re chewing on anxiety and negativity, you’re not able to discern. If the others don’t back down, it could be God’s way of closing the door for X. Hopefully he’ll take the good lesson to heart, to stand in his integrity and not try to take short cuts.  It’s that type of thing that builds character.
