Betty: Mark Mallet wrote about what is going to happen in the world. If we don’t discipline ourselves, and stay out of fear, we’re going to be dragged into more suffering. We need to really learn how to put our trust in God and not go into the future. Stay in the now. That’s where grace is. The people who go into fear and anxiety are in the most danger.  People are going to have to discipline themselves to learn how to live in the now, and not try to control the future. 

Because the ones who have a need to control the future are going to suffer more. Fear allows Satan to get stronger. It feeds him. Fear gives Satan energy. Because if the person is really in the now, in obedience and faith, receiving God’s love, Satan has a harder time attacking them. But if he can trick them into going into anxiety and fear, they’re leaving a door open through which he can hurt them. 

Are you allowing yourself to fall into fear by going into the future? Move back into the present in obedience and faith. Receive God’s love, and be at peace.
